Nebraska Dreamland

I grew up in Nebraska, USA, and still have strong memories of running through the falling maple seeds in the spring and early summer. We used to call them Helicopters, and when they landed I have memories of my mom and I pulling out the green seeds inside and calling them 'Jack-Pots'. I don't have a whole lot of happy childhood memories anymore, but this is one of my favorites. With time, we forget, but each year my memory returns as I walk through the falling maple seeds...
